   This was just what I needed, but I have run in to a problem when I use this plugin in conjunction with Google Checkout. It appears that only the first fixed option is being passed to GC, regardless of which on I choose.

   PayPal seems to work fine, so I am not quite sure what is wrong with the GC interface.
