I just installed this plugin which work find for moment at my wordpress MU.Then,it crash............I remove it and then all working fine again.

Just curious, was your WPMU installed in subdirectory structure? It worked in a WPMU subdomain for me ... though that install's bbpress is a very new one with five posts only.
