    Hello,

    Strangely the thumbnail images are display semi transparent http://fuelorder.co.uk/

    I found that there is/was an issue with WordPress resizing the image causing a problem. The wrokaround was to create a specific sized image and remove image sizes from the media entry for the image. This done.. no change.. So then I tried a png instead of a jpg? Same result i.e. no change.

    My last train of thought is maybe it is because it is a link..? However, looking at the NLP code removing the link looks tricky.. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    This is not related to the thumbnails nor the file types, it's just a CSS trick manipulating images opacity.

    If you check the default_style.css where img selectors are shown these lines are included:

    filter: gray; /* IE6-9 */
    -webkit-filter: grayscale(1); /* Google Chrome & Safari 6+ */
    opacity: 0.7;

    That renders images transparent :). So if you don't want them to be displayed that way, you can set a customized css file for that.

    To avoid you a headache I'm providing you a customized CSS file which removes this transparency trick: default_opacity.css

    Download that file, save it to your active theme's folder (where style.css is found) and set the css_style parameter to default_opacity, like this:

    [nlposts css_style=default_opacity]

    That's it, hope this works for you.

    Cheers.
