I just fixed this problem, the new version I published included a bunch of extra files for some reason. The 2.5.1 link hasn’t updated with the new files yet (takes about 15 minutes) but you can get the correct download here.

I just tried this plugin just now on a WP 2.5.1 install and got the same error above. I used the version I first got from WP then the link above, both with the same results. Is there a lasting correction for this error?
I also tried the only older version available and experienced the same results.
This plugin is not working for me.

Hello,
I have copied the new version over the old one and I cant login
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare mypageorder_menu() in /home
I take the above error.
I didnt took backup of the site.
How I can fix it ?
How I can take the old database and start new site ?
Just delete the plugin files through FTP. My best guess is that you got two copies of the plugin installed somehow. I was never able to reproduce this with the information users supplied.
I have deleted all the plugins

Your theme is trying to include the plugin files and can’t find them now. I have no idea why a theme would try to directly include plugin files so you’ll have to ask your theme author for support.
