The drag and drop just highlights text! It doen't drag and drop at all. NOT plugin conflict as it's happening whatever. I don't want to edit php files, I just want the bug fixed if possible.

You've most likely got another plugin doing something wrong and it's stomping all over the Javascript includes my plugin needs. This has been the case for several years now and is the normal problem when drag and drop doesn't work.
