Great plug-in. Am using widgets. Had removed 'Uncategorized' from 'Categories' in Admin. But when I activate My Category Order and replace the standard widget with it, Uncategorized reappears. (Even though I have NO posts using Uncategorized. Tried listing it under Exclude, but this doesn't get rid of it. HUGE thanks if someone can help.
