Is there a way to use a time format other than 'military time' (eg 18:00 hours) when posting an event? It's not really used here and is confusing, especially considered the Events display as 'normal' time eg. 6:00 pm, on the calendar itself.

the time format is defined in the blog global setting ("General" in French, not sure in English)
