   When Im using custom post type it doesnt work. The metabox shows but you cant select the image in the media library, only if its a regular post och page.

   same here, doesn't work with custom post types!

   Correction... I tried it with other custom post types and it DOES work.
   There is however an incompatibility with MarketPress and it's custom post type can't get any more featured images.
