[Plugin: Multiple Post Thumbnails] Javascript problem requiring change to plugin code

I found I needed to change line 84 to load the javascript using admin_enqueue_scripts instead of admin_init, otherwise clicking the “Set as <thumbnail name>” link threw an error due to the class’ enqueue_admin_script() method never being called.

Otherwise this is a great plugin.
