When rich-text-tags galleries plugin is active, there is some problem with media lybrary in category edit wysiwyg screen - we loosing possobility to toggle describe-toggle-on link. it's simsed like rich-text-tags galleries changing classes names and js loosing possobility to find out through the DOM target address. I'll cross-post it to the rich-text-tags plugin page too.
