[Plugin: Multiple Galleries] Breaks thickbox when no editor is on the page

On an options page that uses thickbox there is no editor, hence
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘EditorManager’ of undefined
in
on line 24 when clicking ‘Show’ from the ‘Media Library’ tab.
