Recently upgraded this plugin from 2.4 to 3.1
In 2.4 when I searched on two categories with AND option (ALL), I got back the correct results, showing posts that are defined in categories a AND b.
In 3.1 now, with the exact same options, I get back results from category a OR b ...
This is a bug, is it not?
