   Despite trying all area i can not get this to actually filter the results it just brings up all results in all categories chosen which is useless for location based, tried asking question on site, great plugin just wish it would do as it says!

   Same for me. Using 3.01 multisite.

   It has never been tested on multisite, but will be shortly.

   Same as nubirthmedia and I am not using multisite

   My site is here: http://scii.tv/

   You can see that on the right hand side I have your widget and entitled it advanced search.

   I put two test posts at the top that are only uncategorized and should never show up in a search (except a blank search).

   If I choose any of the categories, the URL will change showing that it is only searching for the category IDs, but the results will always return every single post.

   I have the same problem with the Versions 2.2.3 and 2.3

   With Version 2.2.2 it works fine for me.

   Just downgrade / overwrite your current version http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/multiple-category-selection-widget/download/

   Same as Boris - the latest upgrade broke mine!
   Will have to install the older one - brilliant plugin though. i emailed zack and suggested he make it a premium plugin, it´s SO useful. Can´t believe this isn't actually included in WordPress....

   Same thing is happening to me. Does not filter after latest update. Rolled back to 2.2.3 and it works fine.

   I would like to use this plugin to configure a search combining such categories. By this way I need a function AND. An example for Laptops:

   Page shows ALL laptops...

   Advanced search condictions:

   Brand
   - Dell
   - Sony Vaio
   - Toshiba

   Screen
   - 10,1"
   - 14,4"
   - 15,3"

   HD
   - 320GB
   - 500GB
   - 1,0 TB

   Query
   Dell "AND" 10,1" Screen "AND" 500GB HD

   Query result: Dell Inspiron E1405
   It's the item which fill all above selected categories
