[Plugin: Multiple Approvals] Posts published regardless of user type or number of approvals required

    No matter what type of user is allowed (or not allowed) to approve posts, or no matter how many approvals are supposed to be required, all users are able to publish posts without any sort of approval whatsoever.

    The plug-in is just plain not doing what it is supposed to right now for me.
