   Hey there,
   I'd just like to say thank you for your great wordpress plugin!
   And i'd like to share something that i learned today. The plugin "Category Order" http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/order-categories/ works excellent with your plugin together and makes it possible to easily bring the menu into the right order!
