Done some testing on this:
With a single text box custom field, no problem.
With two text box custom fields, pressing "Publish" deletes all content from the post. If this is recovered from a revision, then "Update" is pressed, the content is not lost.
I've reverted to 2.0.5.2, which is working fine.
