File-list and File-list thumbs list not showing WP 3.3.1 MF 2.1 (5 posts)

I have a custom field on posts and pages which requires a file list pulldown for media images. The list of images no longer shows after updating to 3.3.1. I tried both with images in the media library that are unattached, as well as images attached to a particular post. There's nothing showing up on either list type.

Anyone else having this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

    I'm having a similar problem on 3.3.1.
The file list dropdown will display the names of the attached files after clicking "Update List" but when the post is saved the selected files do not save correctly. They seem to save as their attachment ID rather than their filename.

Hopefully the developers will fix this soon.

At least you're getting a list of media. I get none. I've added media through the media backend, and directly to a post with no luck.

I'm running a wordpress install with multi-site capability enabled.

I use More Fields in a bunch of WP installs, and had the same issue as you guys.

Having looked at the code, I'm surprised sdhunt ever got any files listed. Also, it saves the attachment ID because that is WAY more useful than the filename. If you have the attachment id you can use functions like wp_get_attachment_image to get the different sizes of images.

To prevent any plugin confusion, I make a fork of More Fields on GitHub.

Anyway, I think I fixed both File List and File List Thumb views. If you try my fork, please let me know what you think.

its work, though not the way I wanted, but it good, especially when plugin's support is not responding.
