The plugin is awesome, but I desperately need to be able to have the user select from a list of images. Is there anyone who has any idea at all how to do this. It's incredibly crucial and I am kind of at a panicking point, and would be willing to pay someone to hack the plugin.

Two possibilities:
1. Use the File List field type
2. Create a custom field type (See: http://labs.dagensskiva.com/plugins/more-fields/#id5) -

Posted 2 years ago #The File List field type does not display any of the images from the media library. That seems to be the issue I am experiencing.. using wordpress 2.8.4 and more fields 1.3
There must be a fix in the plugin's php code...

Posted 2 years ago #Actually, it works if the images are in the gallery, if they are just in the media library, it will not retrieve them. This means you would have to upload, inset into post, then remove from the post, then you can update the list, but it gives you no way to select 'none'
