[Plugin: More Fields] A note on write panel meta boxes

I installed a dynamic header plugin (which I had used before) AFTER installing/activating/configuring this one, and was very confused and frustrated when the meta box where you choose the header for each page did not show up in my write panels. I started deactivating all of my other plugins one by one, and noticed that after activating More Fields, the box appeared. I thought it was a conflict at first, but I dug around and noticed that, by default, new meta boxes are HIDDEN for each post type (even the default Page and Post), and you have to go into Manage Post Types, and allow the new boxes where they’re needed. Not really a problem, unless you don’t know about it, so I thought I’d share.
