[Plugin: Moo Collapsing Categories] hide_empty

    How to display empty categories?

    Empty categories are not covered by default, since the plugin does not use wp_list_categories but it queries the db in its own custom way.
    If you absolutely need to display them, edit collapscatlist.php and try to replace operators where “thecount”, “postcount”, etc are >0 with >=0
