• Hi, our site relies on some search page filter sorting, such as this when you search for APPLES:

    http://www.domain.com/?orderby=meta_value&meta_key=sales_count&order=DESC&s=APPLES

However, when geeSearch is enabled, this functionality no longer works.
once it is disabled, it works again.

I’m suspecting that geeSearch modifies or confligs with the native /?s= string? Is there a way to avoid this?

    Hi

Yes, the plugin is changing the native search, although it shouldn’t conflict with other query tags. I’ll analyse the issue and change the plugin accordingly.

    Again, thanks for reporting it.

Thanks, please look in to this whenever you can. We really want to re-enable geeSearch on our site, but simply can’t use it together with any wordpres search sorting queries. So we are using the native search for now, which is horrible.
