   Configuration 1 is set to disabled.
   Configuration 2 is set to enabled.

   We go to the Homepage, popup for Configuration 2 displays.
   We go to any sub-page and the Configuration 1 displays, though disabled.

   Could you try this again with the latest version of Modal Dialog. I re-wrote large parts of the logic figuring out when to show the dialogs and am hoping that this will resolve these issues.
