Trying to edit pages sends me to 404 Error. (15 posts)

    Everytime I click to edit the mobile site pages, it sends me to my original domain with the standard 404 error message.

    Any ideas?

    Can you right-click on the link to edit a page and tell me what it's trying to link to?

    Also, what other plugins do you have installed on your WordPress installation? Might be a conflict there?

    Hi there, yes.

    Right clicking the edit page link shows this;

    Plugins installed;

    Have you tried using it with no other plugins installed?

    This seems like a really strange error.

    The link you pasted looks correct. . .is your WordPress install set up in a sub-directory or the root?

    Yeah - I feel like I've had 404 errors on certain subdirectories before. Not sure what the problem is though...

    My WordPress folder is in public_html/wordpress

    Ok.

    This might be our fault.

    Let me look into it and see if I can get it corrected.

    Thanks for helping us troubleshoot.

    If it is indeed our error, I hope to have a solution shortly.

    Thanks,

    PluginChief

    Thanks.

    I have a weird feeling it still might be my fault - something to do with permissions? Or the .htaccess file?

    I just don't know.

    I think I got this fixed.

    The link was going to get_bloginfo('url') /wp-admin/admin.php. . . .

    I changed it to go to get_admin_url() /. . .

    This should fix the issue for sub-directory installs.

    I'm working on a few other fixes as well, but should have an update in the repository shortly.

    Thanks for your support and thanks for posting this issue so we could correct it!

    Thanks,

    PluginChief

    skippyfx,

    We pushed an update yesterday. This should be fixed. Please report back if you experience any further issues.

    Thanks,

    Jason

    Thanks - downloaded the update and installed manually but I'm still having the same problem. It works until I try to edit a page, then it sends me to my website's 404.

    Since we made some changes in the update, can you do me a favor and right click the "Edit Page" link that's causing the issue and paste it here again?

    I will also set up a WP install in a sub-directory and do some more testing.

    Thanks,

    PluginChief

    Ok. That seems strange to me.

    I will set up a sub-directory install today and troubleshoot.

    Thanks for posting and helping us make improvements! I think once we work out the bugs, this will be a very helpful plugin for a LOT of WordPress users.
