I had two mobile sites on Onbile -- one for myself and another for my client. The old platform worked just fine.
However, they changed their platform on Feb. 14, 2012. They emailed their customers to notify them of the change and told everyone they'd have to rebuild their sites -- which would have been fine, since it was so easy in the first place.
But they also promised the old sites would be online for six months so people could have time to transition. They have not kept this promise. The sites are gone.
Their Web site promises they will respond to emails in less than 24 hours. My email was sent to them 6 days ago and still no response. I am a member of their group on Facebook, and posted my comment on Feb. 14 about the sites disappearing. It's Feb. 21, and no one has responded.
Now they want people to pay for their sites. There is no way I'm going to do this, or recommend this site to any of my clients. They have failed to keep a major promise, and are not responding to any customer service inquiries.
I'm off to find a mobile phone solution that actually works.
