• Hi, I know this plugin is no longer support by the author, but I was hoping someone would be able to assist with fixing my issue. We use this form at my work and I have not yet been able to recreate what the form does with a different software.

Basically when you click submit, the loading gif starts spinning but it then just sits there. It submits the data, but it will not redirect the page once submitted.

I tried to insert the jquery into the header manually, and use a plugin that disables jquery from other plugins. When i do this, the submit button at least says “thank you for your submission”, but it still doesn’t redirect.

    Anyone have any ideas?
