   While editing an existing form in the MM Forms dashboard, I clicked Save to save the changes to the form. It returned me to the main MM Forms dashboard page, but all of my forms were missing. As if I had deleted them all. I immediately downloaded a backup of my mySQL databases in case I had to do some work.

   Tried deactivating and reactivating, but after that, I only see the default Contact Form 1 that comes when initially installing the plugin.

   ANY help is appreciated here. I had at least four forms that will take at least 8-10 hours to rebuild from scratch (they're LONG forms) and the HUNDREDS of submitted forms are all missing (I'm praying they're somewhere in the DB backup I made).
