After several attempt at buddypress, I gave up and started using Mingle.
Fast, simple and easy! I love it.I wish I was a great programmer so I could contribute.
I can see that javascripts used don't work with some plugins, definitely not with wp-minify. But I don't know how to fix it.
Good luck with the development of Mingle. I hope some developers are willing to spend some time on mingle to improve the code and functions.
Mingle rocks! Love it.
