I recently started using Head Cleaner plugin to remove unnecessary information from the head tag of my WordPress sites. However, when I install it on my client's website that is using Meteor slides, it disables the slideshow, even if I have no options checked on it. Any ideas?

I don't think you are going to be able to use Head Cleaner with Meteor Slides, if it is minifying the JavaScript, the slideshow options that are passed to the slideshow script aren't going to work.
