    It depends on where on your homepage you want to add it. You can add it to that page’s content using a shortcode, or you can use a template tag to add it to that page’s template. Check out the documentation on adding a slideshow for more info.

    basically i want to add right in the middle. If i add it to a widget area it will only stay on that side.

    OK, if you want to add a slideshow between the “Welcome to Re-Evove” text and the sidebar, that would be part of your post’s content.

    You can add a slideshow to that post using the shortcode:

    [meteor_slideshow]

    But when you add more posts to your blog, it will push that post and the slideshow down. You would either want to either make that a sticky post, or use a static page for your homepage.
