   I'm having difficulty working this plugin. Tags do not merge, nor do categories. I'm guessing its because its outdated? The error is "Terms not updated." for category merge, and no error on category to tag merge, it just doesnt do it.

   This plugin will not be updated anymore.

   As stated on the plugin page, you should use this plugin instead:

   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/term-management-tools/
