   I recently installed the "Menus" plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/menus/ on my multisite network and all my theme options pages are no longer accessible and I can't get them back. any help would be appreciated.

   If after uninstalling the plugin, the theme option pages are still missing, the themes themselves need to be updated.
