   I just installed the Menubar plugin and I'm getting this error message where my menu is supposed to be: "WP Menubar error: Function wpm_display_Basic_46() not found!" Check it out at: http://beachief.com/

   I followed all the install instructions and my header file does include a call to wp_head(). Here is my full header.php code:

   Looks like Menubar is no longer installed on your site, so I can't take a look at the problem.
