[Plugin: Menu Item Visibility Control] Delete old file, before uploading new version!

Hi,

you should writes under “Installation” that the old files from version 0.1 should be deleted, before uploading the new version 0.2.

Because you have a new plugin-mainfile (init.php and before menu-items-visibility.php) and the plugin-list will shown version 0.1 and version 0.2 😉
