   When I use the search function or the search alphabetically I get a 404 error. The same occurs when I try and sort by First Name, Last name, etc.

   I am only on one page so I dont know if pagination has the same issue.

   I am using Version 2.8.1 of Member List.

   I changed the pagination level and that too gets a 404 error...

   ok, fixed it - the url on the settings page had a typo. Boy do I feel dumb...

   Hey guys,
   Excellent plugin... but i can't seem to get the search to work.
   i still receive a 404 page after using the search function. alphabetically it is fine.

   I'm running WP2.8.4 and ML2.9

   unfortunately i can not read(see) the answers to Whealer's questions.

   Any change some can help me out?

   Could you guys more clearly explain the search meta fields feature. Meta fields from where? Our members have custom fields built in via a plugin for custom fields. I would like the directory to search these.

   stueynet,

   If the meta fields are stored in your usermeta table they are searchable. Just include a comma separated list of the meta_key's in the "Meta fields to search by" setting in the member list plugin's settings page.
