I was wondering how the "Create a List" feature works. For example, I've hit "Add New", but I don't know how to add or remove members for that particular list.
Are these lists based solely on the user's role?

Are these lists based solely on the user's role?
Once a list has been created you can add a user to one or more lists by editing their profile.
