[Plugin: Member Access] How to register?

I’ve installed the plugin but am confused. I am using it for access of a client protected page. When clicking on the protected page, it goes over to the WordPress login page, but if the person is not registered how do they login? Shouldn’t there be a register button somewhere? I just see login.
