    Installs okay. Then I get...

The plugin does not have a valid header.

Nothing after that. No longer shows up in the list of plugins. The only way to remove it an try again is to remove the mediaelement folder through FTP.

    Ideas?

I also just confirmed this on another wordpress install on separate hardware. This time I upgraded from 2.0.5. Doesn't show in the list of plugins either and videos stop working on the blog.

Ok. This has been a nice public display of me figuring it out. Forever alone. Even in tech support.

Anyways, for the other forever alones out there. Just do this to fix the problem.

If you are too lazy, just go into the plugins folder and move the mediaelement folder and mediaelement-js-wp.php file out of the trunk folder and up one level into the media-element-html5-video-and-audio-player folder.

    Have fun.
