   I installed the plugin on a WordPress-Mu installation, and when I change the name of the file, the image is broken. It doesn't appear anymore either in the Media tab in the admin, or in the article, showing the "broken image" picture instead (but the new name I wanted. For that part, the plugin worked perfectly... ;) ).
   Is there something I missed?

   No, you didn't. I just haven't tested it with multisite, but I just did and see the issue. Hopefully I will fix it soon :)
