[Plugin: Media Library Categories] conflict with comments

Hi there.
great plugin and great idea! so much missing in the default installation of wordpress!

i unfortunately whenever this plugin is installed on my wordpress – the comment sections in posts and pages do not appear.

it displays instead “An unidentified error has occurred”
