I am able to register, but when I try to log in to see protected content I get re-directed to the homepage.
Also If I login through the wp-login page, the content is still protected.

    Any help?

    Thanks,
    Ed

Did you check if the user you are using, has a maven role assigned?

    Thanks for the reply.
    Deleted and re-installed the plugin.
When I try to login, I am now sent to the wordpress login (wp-login.php). The user has the default(Maven Default Role), but the password doesn't work.

If I try to re-assign the password through >wp-admin/users.php
The user loses their maven role, and I cannot re-assign it in the MavenMember>Users.

    Using wordpress 3.2.1

    Thanks,
    Ed

Ok, played around and got it working!

I am trying to protect content that has a shortcode [podcast]. The plugin seems to 'break' the shortcode.
Instead of showing the podcast player when unprotected, it shows the text [podcast]blahblah.mp3[/podcast].

The podcast shows and works fine if it's not wrapped in the Maven shortcode.

    Thanks,
    Ed

Are you using the maven shortcode, or are you protecting the category where the post is? I mean the post which has [postcast]balbal...

Using the Maven shortcode. So its :
    [mvn-block roles="maven-default-role"] [podcast]blahblah.mp3[/podcast] [/mvn-block]

Why don't you try the new version (1.0.13.4)? It should be fixed .

    Thanks!

    It's working now, thanks!
Is there a way to show the widget to non-logged in users?
Also, the shortcode does not show the login form, but it shows up if I do a category block. Any way to change that? I'd like the login form to show if I use the shortcode.

Hi exgreen7, I'm working on this feature.

I hope to have it soon.
