I admire the scope of thought placed into this great plugin, although, there is no way for a member to log out that I can see, is there a short code for logging out, any help would be highly appreciated.

we will consider it for a next update.
meanwhile could use a link "http://example.com/wp-login.php?loggedout=true" for logging out.
