   Hi I wanna upload some of my favorite youtube videos and get people to poll and rate those videos. Is there a plugin that helps index youtube embedded links and then adds a polling layer on top.??

   SodaHead.com polls allow YouTube embeds.

   They have a WordPress poll plugin that makes it easy to poll with YouTube videos on your site:
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sodahead-polls/
