It was working perfectly, and then stopped. I have sent support queries a couple of times, but no response. I can't seem to post to plugin page to ask, and My Account says I have no products????

Sorry I didn't reply to your original email - I must've just missed it somehow. I've just sent you a reply.
In short, the plugin hasn't changed, it doesn't have any time or other limiations. Your account just shows whether you're subscribing for support; it has no bearing on whether it will keep working or not.
