   If the Splash Page Theme is switched to the WordPress Login Theme, I get a
   

   "Call to undefined function is_rtl() in {wp_folder}/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 2102"

   PHP error.

   The Default Theme option seems to work.

   Same here. Plugin hasn't been updated in a while. :(

   I'm having the same problem in a Multisite environment as you guys have. Have you found any solution yet?
