    If activated I get the "Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_rtl() " error... as soon as I disable it I do not...

    in WordPress 3.3 also ...

    Hello, there is a new function ( is_rtl() and this plugin use older function of WordPress ...

    So wait and see for an upgrade by his author ...
    may be ....

    This only applies for using the WordPress default theme. If you use a custom theme (503.php) or if you use the plugin default, you won't get this error. I'm currently working on a patch to submit to the developer.

    Nevermind, there's a patch already. It's WordPress Core's fault for not checking if the function is_rtl() exists first before using it.
