(Reposting with a proper topic title).

I've just installed MailPress. I sent a test email message. It sent correctly, but at the bottom of it is a broken image link. Examining the URL of the broken image link, I find it is:

So the URL sends a message to the mailpress action script, and expects an image to come back; but the image isn't coming back.

    How can I correct this?

Thanks very much in advance to all for any info.

I think I figured it out. The broken image link only appears when you send an email via the MailPress Test function. In actual use the image link works.

I believe what happens may be that the action script matches up the code from the image URL to the subscriber database, and returns an image. If the code doesn't match up to any subscriber, the action script borks. This actually may be a little bit of a bug in MP. :)

We have just the same problem of a broken image link at the very end of the email when using MailPress 5.1.1.

The faulty image URL is practically the same as the URL for "Manage your subscriptions" which is generated from the footer.php file of MailPress.

    Broken Image URL: ... action.php?tg=o&mm ...
    Working Subscription URL: ... action.php?tg=l&mm ...

While there is no functionality problem, the broken image link leaves a poor impression when sending out newsletters.

    Any idea?
