[Plugin: MailPress] 404 Error after Sending mail and clicking on Continue Reading link

Whenever the Message is sent with the linked Post, the link within the email message that says Continue reading →
Displays : http://andrellewiley.com/Wordpress/mail/analytics/l-253-h-e7330b0d97f0c04756b90c91ebdf8056.html
Which results in a 404 error, page not found

The link should read http://andrellewiley.com/Wordpress/?p=260 The permalink address of the Post.

Please advise how to resolve.
