  • Hey Fertx!

So you’re seeing your banners break in the site after activating MailChimp? Can you shoot us a link to the site so we can have a closer look at things?

    Cheers!

Of course, thanks, this is my website: mundorosa.com.mx

Just after de main menu is an expandable banner that just stopped showing its content, but you can see it in standalone here: mundorosa.com.mx/temp.html

    Thks for the support!

    Hey again, Fertx!

    Thanks for those links!

It looks like there’s just the one banner at the top that isn’t working correctly? We were able to get the “Fashion World” banner below the form working as expected. It could be something as simple as a javascript conflict. If you don’t mind, can you disable the javascript for the form and the javascript for the datepicker under “Settings” -> “MailChimp Setup”? That should take care of it if it is a javascript-related issue.

Give us a shout back if that doesn’t get it resolved, we’ll see what else we can drudge up!

    Cheers

Hi mc_nate, thank you very much for your help, i have disabled the javascript for both, the form and the datepicker but it isn’t working yet.

    Do we have another option?

    Thanks again!

Hmm… can you go ahead and remove the MailChimp form from the site, as well? It seems to be working intermittently on this end of things. We just want to give it a shot to see how things are supposed to look in context of the website when things are working correctly.

As another alternative, you could use MailChimp’s embedded form, too. Here’s the details on that:

How can I add my signup form on my website?: http://eepurl.com/gOGN

On a side note, we’re also seeing this javascript error on the page:

TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'destroy' [http://mundorosa.com.mx/site/wp-content/plugins/wp-multibox/mtv130/multibox-1.3.1.js?ver=1.3:1]

Give us a shout back and we’ll be happy to have another look at things!

    Cheers

Well the MailChimp’s embedded form seems to work just perfect!

    Thank you very much!

    Cheers.

    Most excellent!

    Cheers!
