   I want to change the background color, the font and format of the words in the header, and delete the the options for the email format. I make the changes on the plugin setup page and save. The changes do not show up on my website. What does show up on the website are the default colors and options.
   How do I get these changes to show up on my website?

   Hey there Viki!

   Can you send us a link to your site to have a look at things?

   Are you by chance using the built-in editor under "Settings" -> "MailChimp Setup" or are you coding your own colors through the site's CSS?

   As far as the "email format" field, that will actually have to be removed from your MailChimp list, first. You'll want to go to "Lists" -> "Settings" -> "List name and defaults". From there, you'll be able to un-check the box to allow your subscribers to choose their subscription type.

   After that's unchecked, save and exit. Then, in your WordPress settings, go back to "Settings" -> "MailChimp Setup" then "Update Form Settings":

   Hi, I'm having the same problem - I am trying to change the styling through Settings > MailChimp Setup ('Custom styling' is turned on), but after clicking 'Update Subscription Form Settings', the styling does no apply to the form.

   The site I'm working on is http://residentialsettlements.com.au/blogs/ and the Mailchimp signup form is in the sidebar there.

   Update: I've since changed the actual CSS (through Appearance > Editor), so you can't tell by looking at the form that the Mailchimp styling is not working.

   Hey Emily!

   It sounds like you might be seeing the same issue as this ticket:

   We're escalating this to the developers to see if we can get things straightened out, but if you've got it styled in the CSS for now, that should work.
