[Plugin: Login With Ajax] Horizontal log in bar and placng it on a page, not sidebar

Hello,

Is it possible to create a horizontal login (instead of vertical) with login with ajax? If so, how do I do it?

Also, is there a way to put the login widget on a page, rather than sidebar?
